EVA is a common hot-melt adhesive product in hot adhesives. The EVA hot-melt adhesive film is white and transparent, and can be divided into two types: with base material and without base material.
EVA hot melt adhesive is a 100% solid meltable polymer that does not need solvent, no water agent, which is light brown translucent or white after melting. The main component of hot melt adhesive, that is, the basic resin, is made of ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymerized under high pressure, and then mixed with tackifier, viscosity modifier, antioxidant, etc. to make hot melt adhesive.

There are 3 melting points, 80 degrees, 90 degrees and 110 degrees. Among them, the 80-degree EVA hot-melt adhesive film is widely used.
EVA hot melt adhesive film is resistant to high temperature of 80 degrees and low temperature of 20 degrees.
Eva hot melt adhesive film is mainly suitable for: eva handicrafts, floor mats, pet materials, wall covering adhesives, non-woven fabrics, photovoltaic panel materials, and sports goods such as diving suits.
